Acne sufferers who use Kiika love the results. Of course there are many causes for acne and lots of skin types so patch test first, then prepare to be amazed.

Kiika suits all skin types, but as with all skin care products, patch test before use if you are at all unsure.

Kiika does not use preservatives in its products. With little to no water diluting our products, we don’t have the need to add preservatives.

Kiika has never tested any product on any animals ever! and we never will.

We test the products on ourselves. Long before you receive your product, many hours has gone into creating and adjusting, testing and retesting the products on ourselves. This way we can adjust and perfect formulations so you receive the best products available.

Our products have undergone rigorous testing during the research and development process and we consider them safe to use when used according to the directions and warnings on the packs. We recommend you patch test first as with every product in the market place there is the possibility of someone, somewhere reacting negatively. If this happens to you, please stop using the product immediately and let us know so we can arrange to get the remaining product back for retesting and give you a full refund.

Nothing to see here. No animal ingredients are used in our products. We are vegan friendly.

We have a long list of ingredients that we avoid. These include: Parabens, Sulfates, Mineral oil, Petrolatum, Propylene Glycol, Synthetic Colours, Synthetic Fragrances, Animal Anything, MEA, DEA, TEA, PEGs, Harsh Detergents, Phthalates, Triclosan, Silicones, EDTA, Formaldehyde Donors etc. We avoid these because of widely held safety concerns in the community.

Kiika is potentially the most environmentally conscious skincare brand from earth. Everything we do is designed to minimise impact on the planet, from the minimalistic packaging which is recyclable to the highly concentrated products so we are not shipping huge volumes of water around the planet. Our ingredients are all derived from nature and we understand that we too are a part of nature and that we cannot exist without it.

Absolutely. Our ingredients are safe for use as directed. And if your pregnant, congratulations and we have no doubt you deserve a little extra pampering. Of course, keep all products away from little ones unless those products are specifically designed for them.

The products are suitable for use anytime within 12 months of opening.

Depending upon your severity, you may be able to use Kiika, however always patch test first and check with you doctor if necessary. Kiika does not contain preservatives, synthetic colours or synthetic fragrances and that may irritate or worsen these conditions, and we include all of our ingredients on the label and the website.

Never store and reuse product once it has liquid added. We do not add preservatives and so products will naturally become contaminated after a day or 2.
